TrueValueCab provides chauffeur-driven cab booking and outstation car rental services from Surat, Gujarat, using our own fleet of vehicles and drivers. We are currently an independently operated business and not registered as a separate corporate entity; references to "TrueValueCab", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms mean the business as operated from Surat, Gujarat, India.

Our website lets you submit a booking request with your trip details. This is not a marketplace connecting you to independent third-party operators — every trip is fulfilled by TrueValueCab's own fleet and drivers. We do not currently offer self-drive vehicle rentals; all bookings are chauffeur-driven.

• "Customer"/"User"/"you" — the person booking or using our services.
• "Booking" — a trip request submitted through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
• "Trip" — the journey performed under a confirmed Booking.
• "One-Way" — a single journey from pickup to drop-off.
• "Round Trip" — a journey that includes both an outbound and return leg.
• "Local" — a trip within a single city, with no separate drop-off city.
• "Outstation" — a trip between different cities.
• "Driver" — the TrueValueCab driver assigned to a Trip.
• "Vehicle" — the car assigned to fulfill a Booking.
• "Fare" — the price payable for a Trip.
• "Cancellation" — ending a Booking before the Trip takes place.
• "No-show" — the Customer not being present for pickup as scheduled.
• "Platform" — our website and any associated booking channels (phone, WhatsApp).

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding arrangement, and provide accurate contact information (name and a working mobile number) when booking. Since we provide chauffeur-driven trips only, no driving licence or self-drive eligibility requirements apply to customers.

Creating an account is optional — you can submit a booking request without one. If you do create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Accounts are for individual use and should not be shared. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

To book a trip, you:

• Select a trip type — One Way, Round Trip, or Local
• Enter your pickup city, and drop-off city for One Way/Round Trip
• Choose your travel date and time
• Provide your mobile number
• Submit the booking request

Submitting a request is not, by itself, a confirmed booking. Our team will call you at the number provided to confirm vehicle availability and the exact fare for your trip. A booking is confirmed only once we have contacted you and confirmed these details.

Fares shown on our website for a given route and vehicle type are all-inclusive — tolls, parking, and state permit charges are already built into the price shown. The same fare applies whether you book a one-way trip or a round trip, with no daily kilometer cap and no extra-kilometer surcharge added afterward.

For routes not listed on our website, or for any trip requiring a custom quote, the fare will be confirmed directly with you by phone or WhatsApp before the booking is confirmed.

We accept payment by cash, UPI, card (in person), or bank transfer. We do not currently process online card payments through our website, and payment is settled directly with our team at the time of the trip or as otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are reviewed case by case — call us as soon as your plans change and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not currently publish a fixed cancellation fee; if a charge applies to a specific late cancellation, we will communicate it to you directly.

You can request to reschedule a booking by contacting us. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability for the new date/time, and the fare may be adjusted if the new route or trip type differs from your original booking.

If you are not present at the agreed pickup location and cannot be reached at the number provided within a reasonable waiting period, the trip may be treated as a no-show. We will always try to call you before doing so. No-shows are handled case by case — contact us if you believe a no-show was recorded in error.

You're responsible for providing an accurate pickup address, being reachable at the mobile number provided, and being ready at the agreed pickup time. Please let us know in advance if your pickup location changes.

For outstation (inter-city) trips, the quoted fare already includes tolls, parking, and state permit charges, and covers both one-way and round-trip journeys at the same price, as described in Fare & Pricing above. Specific pickup and return timing for round trips will be confirmed with you directly.

We will provide the vehicle category you booked (e.g. sedan or SUV). In rare cases where the specific vehicle shown is unavailable, we may provide an equivalent or similar vehicle of the same category, subject to availability, and will inform you if this happens.

Every TrueValueCab driver is background-verified, trained, and licensed. We expect our drivers to maintain professional conduct, follow traffic laws, and prioritize passenger safety on every trip. If you have any concern about a driver's conduct, please report it to us as soon as possible.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading booking information
• Damage the vehicle or its fittings
• Carry illegal or prohibited goods
• Behave abusively toward drivers or staff
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle booked

You may not use our platform to submit fraudulent bookings, attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or misuse our website, or otherwise abuse our booking or account systems.

You are responsible for your own baggage and personal belongings during a trip. If you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you recover it.

You may be held responsible for the reasonable cost of repair or cleaning if a vehicle is damaged or soiled due to your negligence or misuse during a trip. This does not apply to normal wear and tear.

In the event of an accident or emergency during a trip, please prioritize your safety and contact local emergency services where necessary, and then contact TrueValueCab support at +91 84014 11179.

Where a refund is due — for example, a duplicate payment or a trip that could not be fulfilled on our end — we will process it within a reasonable timeframe, which we will communicate to you directly when the refund is agreed. Contact us to raise a refund request.

The TrueValueCab name, logo, website design, and content are the property of TrueValueCab. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or website content without our written permission.

Our website may link to or embed third-party services (such as Google Maps or WhatsApp). These services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review — we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We aim to keep our website and booking channels available at all times, but occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or factors outside our control. We will work to resolve interruptions promptly, and you can always reach us by phone or WhatsApp if our website is unavailable.

We are not responsible for delays or trip disruptions caused by events reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, floods or natural disasters, road closures, traffic conditions, strikes, or government restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and minimize disruption where such events affect your trip.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueValueCab's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify TrueValueCab against reasonable losses or claims directly arising from your misuse of our services, fraudulent bookings, illegal activity, or a breach of these Terms by you.

We may suspend or refuse service to an account or booking in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, non-payment, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, and forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
